Red Tail Kaneohe Shopping Center: Soffit Repair
Our team repaired a damaged soffit on the corner of the Kaneohe Shopping Center. Years of weather exposure caused rust and deterioration, leaving the framing exposed. We removed the damaged areas, reinforced the structure, and installed durable new soffit panels. The result is a clean, long-lasting finish that restores both safety and appearance.
Fire Exit Door Installation – Times Super Market, Kaneohe Shopping Center
Our team completed the installation of a new fire exit door at Times Super Market in the Kaneohe Shopping Center. This project required precise planning and execution to meet safety regulations and ensure compliance with fire code standards.
We carefully cut and prepared the wall opening, installed a secure commercial-grade fire exit door, and finished the framing to blend seamlessly with the building’s structure. The result provides employees and customers with a safe, reliable emergency exit while enhancing the overall safety of the shopping center.
Decking Replacement – Atrium at The Arc Hawaii
We were contracted to replace the aging decking in the atrium at The Arc Hawaii. The existing deck had become worn and unsafe due to years of heavy use and exposure to the elements. Our team carefully removed the old materials, inspected and reinforced the underlying structure, and installed new, durable decking designed to withstand daily use while enhancing the space’s appearance.

Trim Repair – Nob Hill
At Nob Hill, our team completed repair work on damaged exterior trim that had been affected by weather exposure and normal wear over time. We removed the deteriorated sections, replaced them with high-quality materials, and finished the trim to match the building’s existing design.
